Week 16's Mile Carton Award Winner is Washington TE Fred Davis.  In a crucial week for fantasy owners, Davis mustered up a whopping 4.90 points (and that is if you were lucky enough to be in a PPR league).  Coming off a month of solid production, 14.30, 16.30. 20.00 & 17.50 points, Davis puts up 4 freakin' points???  And it wasn't like he was stuck blocking, we saw him out there running routes.  Trouble is, Davis was used to clear out and make room for Santana Moss underneath.  Yet another reason not to like Moss!!!
